Why This Page Matters
SentinX has powerful features like GPS tracking, microphone recording, and access to messages and files. If tools like this end up in the wrong hands or are used for the wrong purpose, it can result in serious privacy violations and criminal offenses. This page clearly states what is acceptable and what is not.
Legitimate Use Only
SentinX is built exclusively for monitoring the device of your own minor child or a person under your pages guardianship — and only through transparent monitoring, not in secret.
Strictly Prohibited Uses
Using SentinX for any of the following purposes is strictly prohibited and may constitute a crime under applicable law:
- Spouse/partner surveillance — monitoring a spouse's, boyfriend's/girlfriend's, or ex-partner's phone without their knowledge or consent
- Covert workplace surveillance — installing it on an employee's personal device without permission
- Stalking/harassment — tracking, recording, or observing any person without their consent
- Bypassing stealth mode — any attempt to hide the app's visible icon or notification
- Adult children — use on the device of a child aged 18 or older without their explicit consent
Identity Verification (KYC) Requirement
To help enforce this policy and deter misuse, every customer must complete a one-time identity verification (KYC) check — via NID upload or our KYC partner, Didit — before their account is activated. Orders left unverified more than 24 hours after payment are automatically refunded, and access is not granted until verification is approved.
Transparency by Design
SentinX was not intentionally designed as "hidden spyware." The app always:
- Remains on the target device as a visible icon
- Shows a persistent notification indicating monitoring is active
- Is designed to be installed after informing the child at the time of installation
This design decision is intentional — so that SentinX is used as a "responsible parenting tool," not as "covert spyware."
pages Warning
In Bangladesh and most countries, installing monitoring software on someone's personal device without their consent can be a punishable offense under privacy laws, cybersecurity laws, or even criminal law. SentinX only provides a tool — the user bears full responsibility for ensuring its use is lawful.
Consequences of Violation
If evidence of a violation of this policy is found (for example, a support request referencing spouse-tracking), we reserve the right to cancel the associated license, discontinue support, and, if necessary, notify the relevant authorities — with no refund.
