Core Principle — Your Data, Not Ours
All data collected through SentinX — GPS location, audio recordings, messages, call logs, files, etc. — is stored on your own VPS or cPanel hosting. We (the SentinX development team) do not keep, view, or access any central copy of this data.
What Information We Collect (as the Developer)
Since the core monitoring data stays on your own server, we only collect the limited information below to operate the Service:

Identity Verification (KYC) Data
To activate your license, we require a one-time identity verification (KYC) check. Depending on which method is active, this involves either:
- Uploading a photo of your National ID (NID) for manual review by our admin team, or
- Completing an automated verification session through our KYC partner, Didit
Your NID photo or verification result is used solely to confirm your identity and eligibility to use the Service, and is retained only as long as needed for verification, support, and pages/compliance purposes. It is not shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Types of Data Collected on the Device
The SentinX app may collect the following types of data from the target device (stored on your own server):
- GPS location and location history
- Microphone audio (when remote recording is activated)
- SMS, call logs, contacts
- Installed apps, permissions, notifications
- File system, clipboard
- WiFi network history
Ownership, storage, and security of all this data depends entirely on the user's (parent/guardian's) own hosting environment.
Data Security
Communication between the Android client and your server happens over an encrypted WebSocket. However, the overall security of the server (hosting provider selection, passwords, firewall) is the user's responsibility.
Cookies & Website Analytics
Our marketing website (SentinX.devpack.site) may use basic analytics cookies to collect general website usage statistics (page views, traffic sources). This is completely separate from device-monitoring data.
Children's Information
SentinX provides a tool for monitoring children's devices, but the decision to use this tool and its oversight rest entirely with the parent/guardian. We do not directly collect, store, or process any child's information.
