Terms of Service

SentinX ("we", "us", "the Service") is a self-hosted parental monitoring system built for parents to oversee their own child's device. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using SentinX, you fully agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

Using SentinX for any of the following is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a serious violation of these Terms:

• Installing it on a spouse's, ex-partner's, or any adult's device without their explicit, written consent
• Secretly installing it on an employee's, colleague's, friend's, or adult family member's device
• Using it to track, record, or surveil any person over whom you do not have pages guardianship or explicit consent

SentinX is designed to always run on the target device with a visible icon and a persistent notification — it is not intended for hidden/stealth surveillance, and any attempt to disable or bypass this feature is a violation of these Terms.

By installing and using SentinX, you confirm that:

• The device you are installing the app on belongs to your own minor child or a person under your pages guardianship
• You are solely responsible for complying with the applicable laws in your area, including child-protection, privacy, and telecommunications laws
• You are solely responsible for the security and storage of data collected on your own VPS/hosting/server

To help ensure SentinX is only used by verified adults acting within these Terms, every customer must complete a one-time identity verification (KYC) check — either by uploading a National ID (NID) photo for manual review, or by completing an automated verification session through our KYC partner, Didit.

• KYC is a one-time, account-level requirement — once approved, it applies to all current and future orders on your account
• A paid order must have its KYC approved within 24 hours of payment, or the order will be automatically refunded and access will not be granted
• We may reject or revoke access if the identity information provided is false, incomplete, or cannot be verified

SentinX's backend runs on the user's own VPS or cPanel hosting. We (SentinX) do not access, store, or process any data (GPS location, audio, messages, files, etc.) held on the user's server. If temporary screen-share or remote access is needed during setup assistance, this is done only with the user's explicit permission.

SentinX is sold on a monthly subscription basis — Software Only (300 BDT/month) or Software + Hosting (499 BDT/month), which includes hosting setup and support. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime; canceling stops access at the end of the current billing month. Licenses are non-transferable and apply to a single family/account unless stated otherwise.

SentinX is provided "as-is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be published on this page along with the update date.
